Since 2005, business owners that display these badges on their website
have committed to good service, high integrity, and a standard
above the normal, reaching for excellence.
IICOC will receive compliments and complaints IN PRIVATE
to monitor the integrity of our badge holders.
COMPLAINTS WILL NEVER
BE MADE PUBLIC. However, at the IICOC staff's descretion,
a badge may be taken away if problems are not resolved.
